Hello, thank you for visiting my page. I’m Tracy Thompson, a creative director specializing in creating storytelling visuals that inspire actions and drive results for nonprofits and minority-owned businesses. I pride myself on having extensive experience working on a diverse range of video projects for local and international organizations across several industries.

I have overseen video programs at Amazon Advertising, served as a senior producer for CNBC Make it, and collaborated with video production teams at CNN’s Great Big Story, Jezebel, and The Root. Beyond my work with these top outlets, I’ve produced impactful videos for global NGOs, helping them tell the stories behind their mission and showcase their positive impact. 

As a professional video producer from an underrepresented community, I am also committed to supporting businesses owned and operated by people of color. I help them create compelling visual stories that get their brands to the forefront of the market, cut through the noise, win new customers, and drive more sales.

Over the years, I have won the trust of several brands with my end-to-end video production services. I do all the heavy lifting for my clients, handling their projects from concept development, storyboarding, and filming to final delivery. In addition, I work with a large network of collaborators who speak French, Spanish, and various other languages, allowing me to manage international projects seamlessly.

Whenever I am not producing videos, you can find me pursuing my second passion – journalism. I hold a double master’s degree in journalism and Documentary Film from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York City.
